    Default Research time

    Hi,

    I am sorry if this question disturbs you but I have not found the answer for my question. How can I can the time required to complete a research? E.g. change from 1x to 4x.

    I don't know a variable that does that. You can play with rombuilding researchcostmod in campaigndifficultyhandicapseffects.
    I think a negative number makes it that % faster and a positive number makes it longer.
    You can eliminate AI tech research bonus in handicaps aswell.
    YOu can also export the techs to a spreadsheet and increase the required points.
    Then import it as tsv.
    If you can't do pack file manager, I don't have time to teach you.

    it's in technologies_tables. research points required. the value is in thousands. technology research.

    building create time, is in; building_levels_tables > create time.

    Might be a little late.
