Stainless Steel 6.4 Crashing at EVERY battle HELP!

Hi guys, well i'm really having this problem since I downloaded the game.. I absolutely CANNOT fight any battle, like either its custom battle, historical, quick or campaign battle (in-game) it always says 'M2TW has encountered an unspecified error and will now exit'. I tried looking up for solutions up by my self and made attempts but nothing works.. I have an very good laptop, with very good specs (I can name them if you want if it can be a problem) but also I also get the same 'M2TW has encountered an unspecified error and will now exit' When I try to get information on some units checking their stats (right-clicking on units)

I simply want to enjoy this game, the battles are pretty much the funnest thing in this game,

What operating system r u using?

I am using Windows 8.

You need to install SS outside of Program Files, so delete your present instal and re-install in Games perhaps or a new folder, this is because of the UAC

You should follow this well made guide (I used to have battle crash before following this guide)

Alright I'll re do that, but do I need to really turn of UAC even if I am the administrator of my laptop? and pretty much install SS 6.4 some where else (desktop)
