After leaving the Red Keep, Morrigan and Cedric Redwyne head to the docks of King's Landing to attempt to find a merchant who may be willing to hear a offer of employment on the Arbor. After two failed negotiations(mostly due to the merchants trying to get more out of the deal) the two knock on the door to Bywater's guildhouse.

An ebony skinned man with a thick accent took them to Nestor's office, a small room that consisted of two chairs a desk and a little library.
There, the owner was sitting and filling a parchment with some information. Realizing they needed one more chair Nestor stood up

Xhaka, please bring another chair for our guests

The tall man nodded and shortly after brought a stool.

    No chairs. Only stool

It'll have to do. You're excused Xhaka

The man left them and there was only Nestor and the two Redwynes left in the room

I am most sorry about this, but we are just starting out and most furniture has not been brought yet from the carpenter's.
Now; What are your names fine gentlemen, and how may Nestor Bywater help you?

Cedric sits on the stool while Morrigan takes the chair, faintly smirking at her cousin before turning to speak to Bywater."I am Morrigan Redwyne, Master Bywater." "Cedric Redwyne." Cedric bows slightly as a courtesy. "We are seeking a ship to employ for the transport of casks of Arbor Red and Gold to Oldtown and fruits of Oldtown to the Arbor. My cousin, Lady Redwyne, would be willing to give you a third of the income from the trade plus should the ship be destroyed, she would cover half the expenses for your guild to purchase another. I would presume Lord Hightower would also be open to paying for your services with a portion of his income from the lane as well. How much would have to be negotiated with him, though."

    OOC:
15,000 dragons a year( as HB and I have discussed over pm and agreed to give the merchant the entirety of our additional income on the route. RP with Hightower is just for ic purposes)
If the ship is destroyed, House Redwyne will cover half the expenses for it to be replaced.)

    I see, I see.

The man takes out a parchment and started making some math

For the kind of services you are asking for I would charge you the modest sum of 1250 gold dragons a month. The "Maiden's Breasts", a fast and quite spacious cog, would be the best ship for it. It's captain is an old seadog, few know how to sail better than him in Westeros.
Would you be interested in a 12 month contract with a clause to extend it for 12 more months indefinitely?

Morrigan thinks on the matter for a moment. "While that does sound fair, will the condition we offered of paying up to half the cost to replace your vessel should it unfortunately be destroyed be included in this?"
