Major Lag Demo MTW2

Hi, I played MTW2 demo, and no matter what are my graphic settings, its always terribly laggy. I cant dig it because when i play Rome, everything is on the maximum, including the unit scale, just the anti aliasing is off, and even with over 6000 man on the map, i m not having a bothering lag at all. So please tell me this is because its a demo, and that i will be abble to play MTW2 properly with the same configuration i play Rome with ??
Is there anything recomended to add when playing MTW2 compered to Rome ?

The demo isn't finished code so I'm sure there are still a few issues that will be sorted out before the final release. Code you post you system specs;

Ram
Hard Disk
