I did that and loaded a save game but it didn't allow anything to upgrade. It also allowed me to recruit triarri & pricepes after imperial reform. I need to start new campaign right?

Possibly. I don't know what else Dresden might have changed besides adding those Roman units in the lib_reforms_main. If he only changed that then it should work.

Yea then its possibly only somewhat save_game compatible. Was that campaign started in 0.85? I just tested it again with my updated version and it works like before. Only during the reform turn it allowed for me to recruit replacement units then the next turn they weren't there for any generals over the next turns.

Ahh I tried it again and went to turn right after imperial reforms and it still showed Princeps and Triarii. Guess new game is needed. I would test it out and let you know but don't have time right now...

    Hi XIIICaesar.
    It's save game compatible.
I tested with 0.2 and with Historical Legions.
Sadly, at this time it's not compatible with Dresden mod, but for me it works loaded first in ModManager.
I didn't get yet to legions reform so I don't know if it breaks Dresden's.
Anyway, it' just my feed-back and I hope it helps.

Love this, but would really appreciate a Hastati/Principes Samnatici upgrade to Legionairies too!

I'm playing as the Seleucid and Rome underwent the Polybian Reforms. After that my game would crash on Rome's turn. I reloaded it and tried again three more times before I disabled your mod and it finally would go through Rome's turn. As I was getting ready to write this I realized I might have an older version so I'll download the latest and try it out and let you know if it has fixed this or not.

Thank you lnrd907's for your awesome work.
It's an amazing feature which makes the game and DEI so much better.
However, your last version 0.3 didn't work for me(weird - my game repeatedly got minimized to taskbar , so I reverted back to 0.2

Yes, it isn't compatible with Historical legions submod unfortunately because its not the same base script of Historical Legions. However, the DEI devs have included my work in the upcoming 0.95 release, so I undoubtedly believe Dresden will include it in the updated version of the Historical legions submod. I also doubt I will update this mod any further since 0.95 is due out within a month's timeframe. This mod will be discontinued when 0.95 hits unless I find that they missed alot of upgrade units or something. I'm also about to start my grad program in about 3 weeks so I'll be playing DEI scarcely on weekends unfortunately. Again thanks to Teukros and willyluo19 for the help.

Are they just using your work (though obviously they have your permission) or are you now an official member of the team?

No I'm not joining the group, the devs are just using my work as a base. They will undoubtedly change and make changes as they see fit, my mod is just serving as that catalyst. Also, I won't really have the time in the upcoming months to be of any real contribution to the team. And, this mod isn't some heavy coding or something. What I did to the db files and script is pretty straight forward it just took some thought process and testing to get the right result.
