Reforms not working properly?
I'm just started a new game as Rome using the 0.9h version of this mod. As I understand I am only supposed to have Camillan troops available, yet on the very first turn none of the unit names on my barracks description is greyed out and I am able to recruit Polybian, Marian, Imperial legionaries. This is wrong, correct? Any idea what's causing or how to fix? Thanks in advance.

List the mods that you use with DEI.

just GEM, the graphics mod. I tried deleting the DeI mod file and re downloading and installing but same thing.

It's on your side then. DEI reforms are working as intended here. Very nicely done BTW.
You should reinstall RTW2 from scratch IMO, then add a clean DEI...
