    Hi

    I look into my cites and take a card and count on bonuses "+" and "-" public order and food... when i upgrade all too 3rd lvl.

    How i don`t look at it Penelties are sooo big that above 2 second lvl of everything is just no sense to build. They get u more penelties than profits. Even if i count a building witch give + on public order I am still on big "-"

    I count a cities upgrade, trade things and farms vs building witch bonuses happyness. and farms witch give + for food but still take public order...
    THis shouldn`t be like this...

    I understand that some of things got to be with some penelties but no so HIGH too just not sense to build them... I play many campaings and still all my cities to the end of a game are not above 2 lvl.

    Including ports, farms etc etc

    On third lvl i just got blacksmith and barracks.


    Pls cut down some penelties in food and public order... because right now is pointless to have fun with growth with big citys...

    I don`t wanna heard about submods... DEI is working at this patch too not need mod a mod...


    DEI team just think about it...

    It's a poorly designed system, but if you put some minimal thought into what to build when and where and also research technologies with public order bonuses, it's somewhat manageable. Don't forget agents / army leaders can also have positive (and negative) effects on public order.
    Lastly, consider lowering taxes.

    my armys don`t stay on my land... if i not attacking someone they just plunder somewhere.

    I have taxes always on normal/ standard postion.

    If i lower them than with 3-4 full provinces i will have max 3 stack and on very hard = death...

    It's always been a problem. I'm just thankful it's better than it used to be!

    I'm play H/N (campaign/battle) and it's ok for me. I tend to get first military barracks then focus on economy so I can set taxes low and build the buildings that give me negative order. I'm not currently that far into my camapign (only on 3rd colleseum level and 1 farm level). if it's still an issue being talked about, I'll give my input when I'm further in.
