Stainless steel error

hello everyone!
i just finished installing ss 6.3 and it worked then i tried to put up ss 6.4 now it keeps telling it has encountered an error and needs to close.
whats happening? i tried to run as admin and everything re-install and oh by the way when i also try to do the setup everything goes well untill
i come to the part where it asks me for preferences like lusted AI perma arrows etc. but when i try and complete that an error comes up and says
"Error while trying to create a temporary file operation aborted." and wont let me progress. please help! 6.3 looked beautiful but with the 6.4 patch everything wont work thanks!

temp files is the run as admin...make sure you logged in on a admin account, and you need to run each process, mtw2 install, kingdoms install, ss6.3 install, ss6.4 install, AND ss_setup.exe with the right click 'run as administrator'

iam not familiar with UAC but i think i did do something that might have solved that because i checked the forum for that and did some stuff on permissions everything was checked good
