    Excellent news! Gamestar Magazine has posted a range of new screenshots, all of which look fantastic. Most notably, forts are definately in! LINK

    Agreed. When I saw some of the earlier screenshots I was a bit worried about the rather garrish colours CA chose to use in the minimap. It looks great now though, a much more "vintage" look to it.

    By the way, what does forts inclusion into the game mean? I know from RTW that you could leave soldiers in your fort but I never really thought it gave any advantage. I always preffered fighting pitched battles. I havent read anything anywhere abouth how forts will be used in the game or what protection they will offer or whether they can be upgraded or not. Anybody know?

    veery nice, but not looking much different to RTW. Good graphics though

    Sail your ship as part of a fleet. Devs previously worked on: Darthmod, World of Warplanes, World of Tanks, RaceRoom, IL2-Sturmovik, Metro, STALKER and many other great games..

    Some badass screenshots there, love the Aztec city with the ponds around it.

    EDIT - I noticed the Highlander thing as well.. maybe just a placeholder? Hopefully...

    Hopefully yeah...would be BIG estetic bug if not, since that is main improvment so far of the game, estetics...

    It doesen't matter how good the AI is, humans will outsmart them some time.

    My guess is he's had this for a long time (I mean, look how many provinces he has) and he has gotten experienced at it.

    Campaigns are, believe it or not, eventually won by the player. I know I wouldn't enjoy being wiped out every campaign I do. Maybe once or twice...

    Cool...I like that forts are in..it would be awsome if we were able to upgrade them and have them give some bonus as to reduce upkeep of troops being stationed there...

    Something does worries me...

    I'm not really concerned about it since we don't know the details of the campaign they were playing. Though I guess there'd be concern if they came out and said it was VH/VH and it was turn two.
