    Default internet browser

    normally i use mozilla firefox RC3, but on this old computer of my dads, it only has a 733mhz P3 and 64 mb ram, and i was wondering if anyone could reccomend an internet browser that used very, very litte resources/memory

    Theres not much else in the way of browsers as far as i know - if the computer is running sluggish make sure you dont have too many processes or programs running in the background, and be sure to check for spyware/viruses etc

    733 Mhz should me more than fast enough to use Firefox comfortably.
    Your problem is the 64MB that, frankly, isn't even enough to run Windows comfortably.

    Browsing internet pages consumes RAM because the page, with all the images, has to be stored in memory.
    There isn't much you can do about it I'm affraid.

    im only running 2000 professional on it, ill try and look around for old ram though




    (hey, im a reeve now, :p)
