How to have Hoplites attack in Phalanx
Hi All, would someone be able to enlighten me what files I would need to edit in PFM to make hoplites stay in phalanx when attacking, instead of them breaking formation and charging? I have gained some information from this thread. Is this all that would be needed?

In my mod, I use the house rule to never disable formed attack (Fortunately, the AI doesn't do it as well)
Then, just make Hoplites strong via stats. Give them walking speed as running speed in battle_entities.
This will create a nice "pseudo-phalanx". I use it for all spear units that are not rabble or light infantry (thureophoroi).
