AI diplomat freeze

I'm playing with high elves, around turn 100. When i click end turn, AI gondorian diplomat tries to interact with one of my settlements and the game freezes after that. Any solutions?

Is there any way i can edit save file to remove that particular diplomat from map or something?

I don't think you can remove him, but you could try to move him some place else.
Click on an area away from your settlement, open the command console usually by pressing the tilde key (~) type in show_cursorstat, which will give an xxx,yyy map coordinate, then type in move_character chatacter name xxx,yyy.

The diplomat's name is Amlaith, and it appears that eriador has an army under captain named Captain Amlaith. When i use move_character chatacter name xxx,yyy it moves eriador's captain instead of gondorian diplomat

Hmm...
If you have units in the vicinity of the diplomat, you can surround him, one unit it each adjacent tile:
uuu
uDu
uuu
and then take another unit and move it right on top of the diplomat. May take up to nine units, less if the diplomat is up against an impassible feature (ie a settlement, river etc).
Alternatively you could try to interact with him with a diplomat of your own, sometimes the AI will do something else after that happens.
What settlement is it?

I used cheat to move my diplomat next to him and interact. I ended the turn and now it just freezes during gondor's turn (before they do anything).

Settlement is Lond Angren, i have only one unit inside. I think he is trying to bribe the settlement because animation plays out, but diplomacy window doesn't open and then it freezes.

Try taking the unit inside the settlement, and repeatedly move it onto the diplomat, forcing him as far away from the settlement as possible.
Or use the move_character cheat I described above to put a stack of your own near Lond Angren, and surround and kill the diplomat as I described above. Then move_character the stack back to where it was.
