Okay, here is a little bit info to make the matters clear. I am running the latest patch, 0.9H, Historically plausible development minimod by the awesome yukishiro1, and Radious Graphic mod (poor laptop can't handle the dust and glow).
Playing as Syracuse defending Milan (provincial capital of northern Italy) against the Romans, with third tier provincial settlement building - the garrison one.
So I failed to see the options for deploy-able... man, could've really used it against 2 full stacks of Romans

By the way, a little bit off topic but also a concerning matter, why is the greek peltast missing? still can't find 'em with third tier barracks in places with dominant greek culture
ohhh, and also there's no genric Syracuse hoplite?
