Anyone seen the new webseries Spooked?

It's Felicia Day's newest webseries, its very proffesionally made. The quality of a tv show without its common tropes, focus groups hokum and beaten to death stereotypes.


The chemistry between the team is good from the start, but they really start to get it together over the episodes further, as everyone really gets to explore more of their characters.
While there may be a few scares in the first three episodes, the fourth one really hits it home, finding the sweet spot of mixing comedy and scares perfectly. That is bloody amazing to be able to do that, most series destroy all scares with comedy.

If enough people watch the serie, more episodes will be made. This really deserves to become a thing, a lot of hard work has been put into it and it sends a good message to many established tv series that still use horribly outdated stereotypes and often fail to let characters develop and act as real people.

In a way this series reminds me a bit of buffy. the team work, the mix of scares and humor, the desperation of the team as they get in way over their head.. Just give it a try. It's really well made.
