Third age crash on loading screen-steam version

I've downloaded Third age version 3, installed both parts, then 3.1 and tested. Everything seemed to be fine, but then I installed patch 3.2. Game no longer works, even splash screen shows 3.1 as version.

as I press play on launcher, the splash screen comes on only for a few seconds and then game crashes (no error or anything displayed)

Help! I need somebody... Help! Not just anybody...

P.S. to run the mod through steam I use Kingdoms Launcher App by Squid

Solution found, very simple:

Just make sure that the 3.2 patcher is downloaded properly-about 1MB was missing
