    Icon5 Out of date

I'm having a problem that I don't seem to be able to solve. I've been checking around to see if there's anyone else with my issue, but I couldn't find any information.

I downloaded the last version of PFM and I tried to mod some basic stuff about the game units; battle_entities, melee weapons, armour, etc. The resulting mod is... out of date and the game crashes on starting.

I thought that the problem could be that the PFM is not updated to the lastest version of the game, so I decided to use the official Assembly Kit tools. As suspected, a lot of the options in the tables in the Assembly Kit were missing in the PFM, so I hoped the issue was going to be solved. But no. The resulting mod, again, was automatically out of date.

Some of the mods I'm already using are already up to date in the workshop, so I'm definitely missing something I'm unable to find to solve my situation. Is there anyone that could cast some light into this?

The out of date tag (the triangle with the exclamation mark) is absolutely meaningless. It gives no indication as to whether or not the mod will work. All it means is that the mod had not been updated to the workshop since the last patch. I assume since you were only making the mod you had not uploaded it and that's the only reason the warning triangle was there.

As for the reason why the mod crashed, you probably made some small error or else forgot to include a table. Tell us exactly what you were trying to add and what tables you used. (pictures are best).

As you can see, I didn't change anything radical. Just numerical values. I've done this changes in previous versions several times before and I had no problems at all. I tried to isolate which table could be conflicting so I made little mods with each table separately, but all of them crash at starting up the game.
