    Default [SUBMOD]Early Reforms

Because of my aggressive playstyle even in VH when I hit reforms, there isn't much left to opose me and I already have a lot armies and the ai doesn't recruit much anymore anyway. Also I don't like the pre reform units of Rome.
So what I did was to remove the first stage for rome by setting the reform date and imperium level to 0. For all other reforms by all fractions I halved the requiered number of turn and imperium level for both player and ai.
That means if before the reform was at turn 123 and imperium 7 it is now at turn 62 and imperium 4.
I edited only the reforms for the main grand campain because the others seam quite reasonable to me.
It seams like the mod is not save game compatible. (just no effect no problems what so ever)

I just tested it with an suebi game at turn 76, it seams like it is not save game compatible, but i don't know why. I think the scripts are compiled into the save for some reason. If anyone knows something about that, please enlight us may be there is a fix.

When I edited the reform times myself it was save-game compatible. Just taken a look at your pack file and, apart from the actually reform times, it doesn't appear to be any different, which is strange.

yeah. at first i just changed the DEI file and saved that, but when DEI updated it obviously overwrite the file, sending my Rome save down a reform. Then made it into a pack-file, placed it above DEI in the mod manager and it worked again.

I thing it is good idea to make this reforms faster. When I played rome campaign in very high, I had almost all europe in 120 turns before I could recruit legionnaires. But I little edit and make this reforms in turns 30 - 80 - 140 thats ideal for me.
