I just got the urge to start a new campaign, and decided to update my MOS submod (it had been 1.5 so I updated to 1.6.2 with bugfixes). When I tried to start a new campaign I immediately crashed to desktop.
Windows 8
TA:TW 3.2
MoS
Steam user (installed to the correct directory I believe)
Made sure automatic adjustment for DST was off on my clock
Disabled UAC when I first installed TA:TW
Deleted the two descr_geography_new files

That means wrong installation. You only need MOS 1.6.2 Full Version installed + those three Bugfixers. Also, do not delete those two descr geography new files, they are essential for the new campaign map.
