Is there any settelment on bear island or skagos? Map is gerat but im afraid that the north could have one or two settelments more.

Yes bear island has one, Greywater Watch is a tad infeasible since it moves, but though there's a solution for that I'm not sure if it's worth doing yet, since it would be purely aesthetic. Skagos meanwhile has had little if any role in aSoIaF to date, so probably won't have one.

Also like feastfires wyndhall old anchor etc . it musn't be a great castles but we know moreless that they exist they have lords etc so why don,t put them in game andmake it tottaly realistic. some time ago somebody put a "previev" of crannongmen it is true? peace

Most likely not. Assuming there is one the AI won't use it, and of course background scripts increase instability.
