Which are the requirements for DEI (DLCrequirements)

I would like to know if the base game is enough to play DEI, or if i need to buy some dlcs too...
If i needs dlcs, which are those that i need?

I think the base game is enough, but you won't be able to play any of the DLC factions unless you have the corresponding DLC for them. Also you don't really need the Beasts of War DLC, as most of those units are disabled in this mod anyway.

Blood dlc is a must, at least for me.

The only DLCs are those that were free. DEI works fine. You won't be able to use certain factions, but that should be obvious.

I pre-ordered the game and got the free Greek states DLC. I have not put any more money into the game. Everything works fine. As mentioned above, if you have yet to buy the game DEI will work just fine with the investment of only the base game. You just won't be able to play DLC factions.

If you use steam and are a patient person, just wait for DLC to go on sale and pick up what you want.

Oh hey, look! There is a Steam Summer sale going on right now. And I thought I'd have to wait until Christmas to pick up some DLC.
