Re: Odd graphic glitch in battles
Is this common or just the first time?

Re: Odd graphic glitch in battles
As far as I can recall it happens, though sometimes less often than others. Just tested a battle and they were shorter this time.

Have you tried lowering your graphics setting?

Yeah, various settings has no effect. At first I thought it was a glitch caused by new unit skins, since I can see small imperfections on the generals stars next to him on the campaign map, but I loaded vanilla units and still had the flickering lines.

Is it a laptop/notebook/netbook?

Re: Odd graphic glitch in battles
Desktop with Windows 7 Ultimate. It's a rather old graphics card though as I'm usually forced to tweek any games .ini file with better settings. I did recently get a lighting mod that has allowed me to view a larger field on the battle. (I can see more of the mountains in the distance.) Night battles are much much darker and units have a more brilliant shine to them, even with the bloom/reflection effects off. (I personally hate bloom anyways.) Also an upgrade to the blood effects. I'll try taking those out and test if it clears up the glitch, though I'm unsure how they could cause it.

Re: Odd graphic glitch in battles
There is a chance they could cause it if you're pushing the card's limits.

Re: Odd graphic glitch in battles
Got it fixed. Turns out my resolution was an odd number. Setting it back solved it. Thanks for the help.
