Curious on what interest there would be for this.

I browse the forums a decent bit and I know I've seen I believe m152(hopefully that's the right user) state that the mod team at least would be interested in guides. For the community as a whole, is there interest in some help videos / text guides? I was thinking for starting out I could do a short video over line switching and its effectiveness on battles and a brief text guide on the starting position of the Seleucids and recommend various army and diplomatic overtures to use to help with that rather hard start and how to deal with the variety of surrounding army compositions.

Anyways, comment with thoughts/concerns and if there is an interest. If there is enough interest I'll start producing content for this mod since I now have a lot more personal spare time. I was thinking of using YouTube for the video content and this forum for the text content.

Meh, looks like there isn't a whole lot of interest. I'll see where it stands tomorrow, but yeah, if there isn't the interest then I'm probably not going to devote the spare time for it.

What I could tell you is, if you want to create videos guide, do it, but I don't think you should do that for some kind of "glory".

If your guides are useful people will thank you for that, but if you do it, the only guide you would have is the willing of helping community.

That's just my POV tho.

I think some users will find guides usefull, and some won't.

If you make guides, do it for your own satisfactory.

I don't know where you got that I'm doing this for "glory". I'm just trying to see if there is an interest for this kind of content from people who visit this forum. If there is no interest, then there isn't a point in me spending the time to do this. If there is interest like there seems to be, then I'll start producing the content.
