help with formations please

I am working on my mod for combat and cant seem to locate how to make changes to formations in regards to speed and spacing.

I know you can change the speed of unit entries. their walk speed and run etc, as well as unit spacing, but this doesn't effect when they form the formation. and there isn't entries for this under the special_abilities_phase tables.

someone point me to the direction please??

Spacings I dont believe you can (though if you do find a way please let me know).

For speed go to special_ability_phase_stat_effects_tables

under the stat column find stat_speed and put any number, it generally multiplies speed, but if you look to the far right you can see a column called how, that tells it weather to add the value or multiply it.

Thanks man, I'm such a moron....to much modding and it slipped my mind. I didn't even think that multi .5 would half the speed of formation... DOH!! lol

But ya, formation spacing would be nice to clean up. Venilla shieldwall and spearwall, the shields don't even touch! Horrible
