Army cannot move until 0352 19th of June. I assume the 'June 17' was a typo.

Edit: I've been told your dates may not be wrong, but you've waited this long to post them, so the 6 hours stationary requirement until 0532 stands. You can't wait almost a full day to post your raid and then claim instant movement as back-payment, that defeats the purpose of the 6 hour stationary period.
