the marching/cavalry gallop sounds are kind of weak and flat and wimpy. i've got 400 men marching and it sounds like there's only 10 marching, 200 cavalry and it sounds like one lone horse trolloping down the highstreet.. breaks immersion a little.

but the rest of the mod is absolutely fantastic.

I've incorporated elements from WoS in it and some ambient sounds from this mod while i've made some improvements/tweaks (more blood/blood from cannon hits plus better quality/more death screams etc)

Make sure to play with particle effects on Ultra (and add the mod to the top of user.script.txt in your appdata/creative assembly/ntw/scripts folder) - make sure you delete this mod and WoS or it'll conflict, I have elements from both so you don't need seperate mods.

It absolutely does, yes. If you dont hear the same sounds it means that you are using another mod that's ovewriting the musket sounds as well, and thus you wont be able to hear them.
Either delete the sounds causing the issue in the other mod, or extract them on disk so that the game prioritizes them. You may also want to change the mod to "movie" format if nothing else works.
Mods such as NTW3 already have custom musket sounds built in, threefore you wont be able to listen to them.

I am one of the NTW3 modders.

I have asked Sirlion if we can reuse his great sound mod, with due mention of his name and/or a link to this webpage on our launcher. He refused... and that's all.

We don't understand the need to blacklist us so bluntly.
