It means Recommended Retail Price. And that price is quite expensive. I'm getting it for 89bucks from EB in Australia.

As for replayability: Civ in my opinion beats TW here, especially because R:TW is more unfinished than Civ4

i got SC3 about 3 weeks after it came out for only £9.99 NEW from GAME and sure enough there was no multiplayer serial code.... could only play singleplayer.

That £18 site is not a good place to get mtw2.

Nothing is free..... and likewise... nothing is that cheap without a serious catch.

You will either get an incomplete package, one that is second hand or one that arrives weeks after its meant to ship.

Personaly im happy to pay £30+ for the collectors edition from Game or HMV etc... why?

A. im not gonna die if i dont save money...
B. its reasuringly expensive.
C. its gonna arrive by the release date or i can just call my credit card and get them to cancel the payment then i just go pick it up.

To be honest, about $85 would be my limit. I wouldn't buy it until after reading user reviews though, and it'd have to be free of glaring problems such as the AI lifts its seige after every round.
