How do I enable Galatia w/o DLC?

New units added, yet I can't play this faction. CA sucks.

You need the proper DLC to play this faction. That would be the Caesar in Gaul DLC which add the Boii, Galatia and Nervii as playable factions.

yea its ing ridiculous that you have to buy a 15.- DLC is you just want the 3 new factions...

i still cant play the barbarians though, if you take over for example rome and replace it with a wooden city it totally breaks the game for me

Im not sure I know what you mean. If CA decides to include a faction in one of their DLC's the faction will be locked no matter what you do. Unless there is some way of hacking it or downloading some unofficial DLC, but I wont comment on something like that.

Instructing or asking for instruction to unlock factions without DLC is piracy, and against the ToS.
