[solved] In which table are the Generals political traits?

The title is self explanatory, but better avoid confusion:
Taking the Roman generals as example, traits like Military Tribune, Questor, Praetor, etc give some benefit, like rduced army upkeep or a small taxes benefit and so on.

I an't find the table where those parameters are set.

Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance.

Please note that i have a decent experience in modding, but really i can't find that table (s).
