    Default Naval transport bug

    Hello, i dont know if this a Bug from this mod. but as you can see here.

    only the guys who use divide et impera has this problem.

    Probably another issue with over ~220 men on one ship some of them are spawned at 0;0 at the bottom of the sea and can't die. During landings they just rout due to unit loses, but here it looks like they block boarding script as they can't eaither return to their ship after succesfull one or jump to water.
    Modders weren't able to implement new ships moddles since empire and dei team ignore naval aspect for now. Only workarround seems to be reducing number of men in all infantry units under that supported by transport ship model. In other words play on onything lower that ultra scale.

    Jeez.

    It is less about irgnoring it, but not being able - due to CA - to change/mod some things, which can cause problems with DeI.

    Also there are submods for DeI for improved naval battle, but i doubt it will help fixing this issue, because - as Soontir stated out - it is not possible to add ships with the correct size.

    I hope they will find a fix soon, since i falled in love with the ardiaei and the sea raidings focusing.

    Uhm, now i remember some mods that expanded the unit size, and if i remember correctly they used multiple transport ships for unit. (like two).


    maybe they can use this to fix the issue?

    Multiple ships per unit can't be handled by AI and even pathfinding on player side during landings. Reducing unit scale is only option before someone will be able to make new models.
