Hereditary Titles

It has been suggested that I appoint people to Hereditary Titles right away to gain free troops to use in the war, which is a little anti-RP tbh. After a lightning conference with the mods that are online we've agreed this:

Do not appoint people to these positions until the Rebellion is over. They're meant as rewards for good RP, we don't want an arms race to happen and have players insta-appointed just to gain men for the rebellion.

Exception is Victorius, since he and LM agreed pre-game on Lannisport. Not something I agree with (pre-game handing out of reward mechanics, that is), but no one else took my side on that one at the time, so it stands.

Plus I didn't grant Victorius Lannisport for him to gain the bonus. I granted it to him for roleplaying purposes, as he would be a cadet branch of House Lannister.
