Any No Confederations Mod?

Greetings,

I would like to ask whether there is a sub-mod removing all kind of confederations (a.k.a taking away the diplomatic option of confederating from all factions), or if not, how can I possibly tweak it myself?

If you ask why, for example, I'm playing as Pergamon and want to play at normal difficulty in order to refrain the AI from getting bonuses. However, it is too easy to absorb, for instance, Macedon which conquered all of Greece, not so difficult even at hard (offering 15k + money is often enough, especially the relevant state is at war on multiple fronts). Being able to absorb an empire/a huge kingdom as a city-state could cause immersion-break for myself. It only seems to get really difficult beyond the hard difficulty, which I would not prefer to play at.

If you just want to turn off Greek confederacies, you can edit the DeI pack and find diplomatic_action_subculture_restrictions under the db/ folder. You will need PFM (can be found on TWC Workshop) to edit it. Simply uncheck the confederations box.

If you want to remove all confederacies, you would have to make a mini-mod and import that same table from the data_rome2.pack. Then uncheck the entire confederacies column.
