Where do I change legion/regiment names?

I am using Radious' mod which increases the army cap quite significantly. However, I notice that the later legion names omit the numbers entirely (I think it only goes up to XXX) which is something I want to remediate. Where/how do I do this?

Also a completely different question, where do I mod tooltips? I added a new fame level but don't know where to change the tooltip for it.

local_en_rome2.pack -> text -> db: All the text entries are normally in here.
military_force_legacy.loc will be the force names, however I can't find the fame tooltips.
