Re: ally declares war on another ally or on my clientstate...reliability drop?
Yeah, the problem is in the Rome II diplomacy system, and I think this problem has been found in all total war titles (why doen't CA just fix it already). For some stupid reason CA forgot to have the diplomacy system account for shared treaties. The problem is that the system looks at all treaties as solo treaties, like if you attack an faction and their ally join the system doesn't count this as one big decleration of war, but multiple. This means that when you choose to defend an ally being attacked by another ally the system counts this as you join a war for one of your allies, and that you betray your ally and go to war with them. I remember the most stupid thing that happend was as egypt when my militairy ally attacked my satrapy, and this means that they attacked me, so then when I choose to defend my lands, the system counts this as me betraying them, while in reality they betrayed me by attacking my lands...
Yeah, if you didn't know, I say that Satrp is my lands because that's what they are. The satrapies was an administrative system first created by Cyrus the great inorder to more effectivly govern his multicultural realm, basically they are glorified client kings...

also as barkia i abused it, as i didn't declare war, but asked to join and the ai ally of my target didn't resonded et all. I think the system handles declarations and joining difrent.
