Information Request for things updated in .9

The excel tables for the skill info on TTT1.4 and the army traditions was very nice (since they can't be done in an encyclopedia format... hooray CA). Could they get and update for .9? My guess is the army traditions have not changed, but the general skills have if my reading comprehension is good. Also, it would be great to see an excel doc of the new governor skill trees.

If I'm off my rocker and they exist somewhere, help a guy out with a link. Thank you for considering my request!

Also would like an updated list. Doesn't even need to be an excel sheet, I just want to know what the new agent skills are, to see if its worth it.

The Army Traditions Spreadsheet, other than the general and agent skills tab, shows not the exact values of the buffs, e.g. -3% recruitment costs. I remember, we had one with these values. Is it outdated?

It is still the same spreadsheet. The tab for army traditions shows no stats, just the name of variables. While the tabs for generals and agents show stats.
