I'm using the Steam Version of Kingdoms and I'm getting this glitch with Liu Bei.
Edit: It appears to be affecting Zhang Fei and some other models in the strat map.

It's funny, but the Dev team is not having this issue our end, although we have many reports of such issues, specifically with Zhang Fei. If you could, can you make a list of characters that are having issues with their strat map models? That way we can figure out what the issue is and get it resolved.
Much appreciated.

I suspect it has something to do with the textures as I replaced the new ones with the textures from the first installation wizard.
But sure, I'll try to make a list now.
Alrighty, there's a list with the wonky campaign map models:
Cao Cao
Xiahou Yuan
Liu Bei
Zhang Gei
Sun Quan
Zhang Liao
Gao Gan
Yuan Shao
Ma Chao
Huang Zhong
Mang Yachang
Meng Jie
Dalai Dongzhu
Jinhyan Sunjie
Dong Tuna
Ahui Nan
IIRC: Zhuge Liang MAYBE had a wonky model, can't remember exactly.

Thank you very much. This will help a great deal!

You're welcome. Gigantus already fixed the issue, so I guess that's that.
That's correct. These (and many other things) should be expected in the next patch... whenever it is that it gets released.

This was rather weird - the DDS textures from the original version got converted to TGA, which in itself is normal procedure. What wasn't normal that is was done without removing the additional 'mip maps' - thereby creating a texture that distorted the texture assignment. How this happened is still beyond me - I haven't been able to reproduce it, probably a custom converter.
