Default Diminishing effects agaisnt agent spam.

I find it dumb as game design and dumb as realism that an enemy agent, regardless of how good he is, can commit arson on the SAME city EVERY turn with the SAME % of success. You'd think that after your granary just went aflame you'd guard the city better for the following months.. but no, I get arson after arson, my arsoned buildings get arsoned and so on. Just, please, add diminishing effects. Agent spam is frustrating, unrealistic and takes away from what the TW experience should be in my opinion.

i dont have this problems with the agents. In my campaigns the AI almost never spams me with there agents. And when there is a agent near my city i try to find him with my spies. then the succes rate will be lower.

It doesn't happen A LOT, but occasionally it sure does. In my current campaign, there are 5 agents from 2 enemy factions that repeatedly lay havoc to Mediolanium and Patavium. I've sent all my agents up there (4 at the moment) to manipulate / assassinate them ... so far without much success, and my treasury is starting to run low from all the agent expenditures.

I know there are good ways to counter agents, I also try to hunt them down when I can.. but I've been playing Getae since 0.9 and I had this Hellenic League agent commit arson after arson on Malva. For about 5 turns I had my buildings burnt. You'd think that after random fires every 3 months the militia would be on the look out (diminishing success % makes sense from this point of view too) but no, they don't care that some crazy agent sets their town on fire every turn.

I say if an agent is discovered even an army should be able to capture and execute him lol. Why can't armies attack agents they have detected?
