Third Age launch crash

First of all I wanna thank this forum for all the threads en fixes. I had so much trouble with kingdoms, crashes and stuff and installing Third Age. But I managed to solved it all. But now i have a problem and I can't find a solution.

Medieval 2 total war : working fine
All kingdoms : working fine
Third Age : not working

I tried all the kingdoms and it works. But when I try to load Third Age. It shows a loading screen with : Third Age Total War. I assume how i supposed to be. But then it just crashes. I return to desktop and the icon of third age at the bottom goes away.

- I deleted map.rnw
- I deleted geography stuff
- I tried to use that Launch-app and changed the name from Third Age to teutonic.

But it still wont work. I hope someone knows how to fix this, because i would really like to play Third Age.

1) what Windows ( Operating System) do you have?

2) Is your M2TW a Steam or non steam version?

3) Have you downloaded and installed TATW 3.0 both parts + TATW 3.2 Patch? Any error messages during the installation?

1 I have windows 7

2 non-steam

3 Yes i have and there are no error messages, when its loading it just goes back to the desktop and the icon on the bottom disappears

Thanks ! But i dont get the first step. Edit security for your main M2TW folder, unhide hidden folders. How do i do that ? Because I found VirtualStore in regedit and found Sega in that. But it doesnt have M2TW in it.

Appreciate your help a lot !
