"Unspecified Error" Please help.

I have installed Medieval II Total War, and the Kingdoms expansion. Both are from steam, and i have downloaded and went through the process correctly for the most part in getting the mod Third Age Total War. I have also downloaded the MOS submod, which is also correctly installed.

I have checked videos, threads, and the wide web searching for an answer to why I have this issue.

The issue is: When i open Medieval II Total War, and select the kingdoms campaign i have replaced the Third age with, I get a quick view of the latest MOS loading screen for just a few seconds, then it crashes and gives me the "Unspecified Error"...

I have done the cleaner, deleted the files manually if need be, changed the savings time to off, and checked over and over if I installed it correctly.

I understand there is a lot of people that ask for help, and for those who do help I have much respect for them. Please if you could, help me.

It is not installed correctly. Install TATW 3.2 using these steps here ( TATW 3.0 both parts +TATW 3.2 Patch):

And, install MOS 1.6.2 Standalone version ( only this one is needed + bugfixes) post #3 :
