Culture buildings

Sup, guys!

So I captured a town with some building from other culture (Men). I'm Rhûn, so my culture is Followers of Melkor.
Should I demolish them and replace with my own? There is no temple (just mine).

It never really bothers me but I noticed that I cant build some buildings there, like Caravan Stop, and the building browser not even show the tier 2 Roads to be build in the future.
Is it supposed so? I have some core cities and places like that, where I cant build everything?

So I captured a town with tome building from other culture (Men). I'm Rhûn, so my culture is Followers of Melkor.

If that "tome" building is a culture conversion one then it should have been auto-destroyed when you captured it. Maybe it is by design that this did not happen but it might be worth mentioning in the FROGS thread in case it's a bug.
