Third Age Not Working

tatw was working fine until I tried to install a submod and then it kept crashing, So I reinstalled tatw and then it would crash so then after trying to reinstall a few times I downloaded the .exe's for third age, but the 3.1 patch isnt there?
so instead I was just trying to get 3.0 to work and it still would crash.

It crashed after I use the Third age.bat, I get a black screen and it crashes. The logs also don't show anything.

I already tried these steps
Updating Kingdoms to latest version
Running the Third Age.bat as administrator
unchecking "Automatically adjust clock for Daylight Savings Time" in Time Zone settings
changing notification frequency to "never notify" in user control settings
Deleting "descr_geography_new.dbf" and "descr_geography_new.txt" from the Third Age\data folder before first start up

You don't need 3.1, just 3.0 both parts+ 3.2 Patch.
