Source file is corrupt 6.3

Halfway to downloading SS6.3 before patching it with 6.4 and I get an error message with 3 options Abort, Retry and Ignore. Ignore and retry dont work.

"An error occurred while trying to read the source file"
I'll shorten the directory because I cant copy it.
data/unit_models/_units/.../textures/en_lmail_hmail_crusader1_normal.texture

Windows 7. Did not disable UAC but went for 3rd option which was to give user permissions to the medieval 2 folders.
Have downloaded all 6.3 files from gamefront.

You might try selecting SS Exe, Right Click and Run as Admin, otherwise disable UAC and do the same

No running as administrator doesn't work and disabling the UAC is too dangerous for this computer. Do all overhaul mods require you to disable UAC? I downloaded the reconquista mod and it was done in 5 mins without disabling the UAC although it is just a mini campaign.
