Starting Point:
We will be starting immediately after Robert arrives in the Stormlands. This means that the war will begin immediately as the game starts. We are doing this in order to guarantee that the war begins. After the Great Council restart failed to bring out a war, we are taking no chances here and have another war fail to start.
-- The Battle of Gulltown has already been fought at the starting point, so the forces of Gulltown cannot be counted as part of the Vale forces.
-- Vale and Baratheon forces are considered having already mustered (they can move immediately when the Rp starts). All other realms must raise thier vassals first. However, this does not necessarily mean that all the forces are grouped together.
Lore LP Restrictions:
-- Loyalist: The Crownlands, Dorne, the Reach
-- Rebels: Stormlands, the North, the Vale, the Riverlands,
-- Neutral: Westerlands (late entry), Ironborn (raiding only, no supporting either side)
-- Baratheon/Stark Second son/Vale: Robert and Ned characters were fostered at the Vale by Lord Arryn. This cements the alliance between Stark and Arryn
-- Stark: Lord Stark and his heir have already been killed at King’s Landing by Aerys (Poach already knows this), provides the whole trigger for the war
-- Stark/Tully: The Stark heir must have been betrothed to a Tully daughter at the beginning. This betrothal must be transferred to the Ned Character to cement Tully involvement in the war.
-- Arryn/Tully: An Arryn-Tully marriage is not necessary and up to the players who hold both LPs must be in agreement if it is to happen (no one player claiming it and the other rejecting it)
-- Lannister: Lord Lannister must mention that he had served King Aerys as the Hand before the rebellion began. Some kind of hostility developed between the two that led to Lord Lannister’s resignation a few months before the rebellion. This explains why the Lannisters do not commit to the war until the end.
-- Martells: A Martell marriage to Prince Rhaegar must exist. These Martell characters must be hostages in KL. Martells must support
-- Tyrells: Nothing, except support the Loyalist (We could not find anything for them)
-- Ironborn: Must stay neutral throughout the war. They are permitted to raid the coastline though (probably should avoid Westerlands)
-- Turning Coat: Switching sides at the start is not permitted unless you are given moderator approval first
Major Announcement involving the War's participates and sides
All players must stick to lore sides. That means all on the Rebel side must be the canon rebels and same goes for the Royalist. Greyjoys must remain neutral and Lannisters must remain neutral till the decisive battle.
If you seek to change this, you will be removed as an LP. The mods have already agreed that lore sides will be kept, so if you wanna change that, you will be replaced with someone who will follow the mod's decision.
Also you must actively participate in the war. No "I send 5,000 men and do nothing else." You must commit all your troops to your cause (Rebel or Loyalist) and actively participate in it. If you don't, you will be replaced with someone who will.

Clarification of Princess Elia and Princess Rhaenys
Both are being held captive in the capital to ensure the support of Dorne for the Loyalist war effort. Both will be under heavy guard by Aerys' men and any attempts to escape King's Landing by the two of them at any time will result in their immediate deaths.
