    Default Changing Faction Flags

    I want to edit the Russian repulic flag from the Russian Federation flag to the sickle and hammer of the USSR. Tell me, how does one do this, and what tools will I need? And will I need to make a completely new unit model if I want the soldiers to carry the sickle and hammer into battle?
