Unit to Faction Permissions Tables-Question!

Hi,

I just want to know if anyone knew how to isolate the factions that can use a particular unit.

So what I am looking to do is to create more "unique" units to separate factions such as a sword-man unit for the Greeks.
I select, for example, the "athens_syracusae" group but how do I make it so that it is just for Athens and no other factions that use the same unit sets can use that unit.

Any help would be appreciated.
