after 314 turns i won ( milliatry) i take all europe and north africa. Video show up... and next i see all my generals don`t have any stars... why?

Is possible to turn of any of this few victorys?

I just take imperial reform.
On hard lvl i won on marius reform... :F

No home war even :F
I got 3/4 progress to imperium lvl

14 armies.

I take enemies very slow...

I think that reforms need to be earlier in game too all factions...

Almost 70 % don`t have any chanse to take them because they dead already or try too do smth what gives harder to take out nations.

Playing on very hard lvl is no sense morale of my armys is to low, and even when i have adventage in battle they rout...
