I think it's the best time turn system. 4 seasons and enough time to enjoy late era technology

Go into the data, world, imperial campaign folder, I believe the file you want is descr_strat, go in and change the time scale to .25 then go into the campaign scripts folder and delete the entire entry "ageing script" and start a new campaign. However this option will still have the characters ageing as if it were 2tpy so you might actually have to edit the ageing script
