No aging

Hello all

A while ago i've encountered this error and now I have stumbled upon this again: When playing a hotseat (with mos) al of my generals stop aging. I have tried several times (i have always gone further than turn 12) but no aging happens from the moment that more than one faction is being player controlled. I have no idea what causes this tough... Starting a hotseat with only one faction aging happens normally.

I would really like to solve this as this is the 1 thing stopping me from playing a mos hotseat (some other scripts don't work perfectly but nothing game breaking)

Any questions about settings and such, please do ask. I have no idea how to fix this.
