Cavalry useless against routing units.
Is there a rationale for cavalry being unable to inflict massive casualties on routing units? This was fixed in vanilla, but seems to have been broken by DEI. Every other total war game and realism mod I have played allowed for cavalry to be effective at mopping up routing units. I ask because I recently fought a battle against Raeti, whose army numbered about 10,000, where most of his army broke off and ran at the same time. I had overwhelming cavalry superiority but even though my 11 units of cav were riding through the fleeing men, the Raeti army managed to escape with over 7000 men.
What's up with that?

It'll probably be changed but for what it's worth I think it's fine. Makes armies more survivable. You can still do quite a lot of damage to fleeing units with horsemen but if you really want to kill an enemy army dead you have to surround them with infantry.
