    Default Problem importing edited main_unit_tables.

I've taken a mod I'm fond of playing, exported all the unit tables in order to edit the troop numbers and the maximum units on the ships, then imported them back into the mod, and the game fails to start, it's gets stuck on the Sega screen.

I have edited the mod in the past, but every time the mod was updated I would lose all my changes, so I tried to create a sub mod to save me editing every time an update came, the game will not start with my sub mod, it shows up in the official mod manager, I tick it, but no dice.
So I figured it may be conflicting with the original, so I imported all my changes to the original mod, and it still wont start.

Is there anything obvious I'm doing wrong?, I have only changed the troop numbers for the infantry, haven't touched cavalry, missile units or naval crew size, and I've increased the Max_men_per_Ship of all units to 300, I'm using PFM 3.2.0.

Ok, correct me if I'm wrong. You edited in the old mod and then transfered the table to YOUR mod?

How old is the other mod? the problem may be because the schema and structure of PFM has changed, transfering tables from an old version of PFM into a new version of PFM is not possible.

What you should do is just manually recreate the mod in your pfm rahter than copy pasting.

Thanks Sebidee, i did extract the tables from the mod which is current, altered the unit tables, then put them back in, that way if the mod got updated, it's less work for me next time, but as you said, I was using PFM 3.1.8, and I changed to 3.2.0, so that's likely what has gone wrong.
