"Unit not available in Prologue" ?

Happened to me when trying to recruit Thorax units, it was greyed out and said "Unit not available in Prologue" even though I was 10 turns into the campaign. I was playing as the Masalia (Sorry if that's incorrect spelling, just off the top of my head).


Any ideas ? It kind of halted my campaign instantly knowing I had precious and highly valuable units kept away from me.

You need to hit the thorax reforms for hellenic factions to unlock thorax units, the thureos reforms are at turn 50 and the thorax reforms are at turn 140. I hope this helps.

Cheers for the quick reply. Do you mind going into a bit more detail on that? It seems this mod has layers and layers of mechanics that aren't in the FAQ.
